A stay at the  VICTORIA is possible from 15 years.

On the arrival day your room is available from 3pm - on request and subject to availability, also earlier. (Price on request) Please let us know if you are arriving after 7pm.

On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10am.

The cable railway "Dorfbahn Gerlos" and the ski slopes are directly opposite from our hotel.

From our hotel you can reach the supermarket, pharmacy, doctors office, a lot of restaurants, shops and night clubs within a few minutes.
The centre of Gerlos is directly in front of your hotel.

After the deposit of  50% of the total price and the confirmation from us, your holiday in VICTORIA booked.

You are welcome to send us your details in advance so that we can prepare a quicker check-in.

Drive cleanly and silently while appreciating nature and the landscape! Our hotel guests have the opportunity to charge their electric cars opposite at the parking garage. Comfortable, easy, and sustainable.

The breakfast buffet is priced at €21.00 per person. À la carte options are available in our hotel bar or on the sun terrace.

For the adrenalin kick we also offer a flight from Innsbrooklyn airport by helicopter. The helicopter can only gurantee a safe journey to Königsleiten, after you will be transported by taxi to Gerlos (10min. by car)
 

In our beloved, public hotelbar VICTORIA you can enjoy different snack and worthy classics until 01 pm. For smokers, we have terraces and gardens in the outdoor area.

Your four-legged friend is welcome at our VICTORIA. Fee of € 35 per day (without food), if you wish, we will prepare a dog bed & bowl in your room. Doggy bags are available outside for your walk in the forest, we ask you to keep nature clean! Unfortunately, your four-legged friend is not allowed in some of our rooms, in the SPA area and the breakfast room. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning or damage.

Private covered parking spaces and e-charging stations are located opposite the property (reservation required) and cost € 12 per day and summer months € 8 per day. Depending on availability, free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel.

If possible, we would be happy to meet your room requirements. Please understand that we cannot provide a guarantee for certain room numbers or floors. This also applies to table requests in our hotel bar or in the breakfast area.

Cancellation conditions: The right of cancellation according to Section 18, Paragraph 1 Z.
10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
- 30 to 15 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total arrangement price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival we charge 75% of the total arrangement price
- In the last week before arrival we charge 100% of the total arrangement price
- In the event of a no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total arrangement price 

Cancellation conditions winter high season (20.12.2025- 03.01.2026; 14.02.2025- 07.03.2025):
The right of cancellation according to Section 18, Paragraph 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Up to 3 months before arrival, free cancellation
- 90 to 31 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total arrangement price
- 30 to 8 days before arrival, we charge 75% of the total arrangement price
- In the last week before arrival, we charge 100% of the total arrangement price

In the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the total arrangement price

• Cancellation conditions:

  The right of withdrawal according to § 18, Paragraph 1, Item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Up to 61 days before arrival: Free cancellation
• 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total package price will be charged
• 30 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total package price will be charged
• In the last week before arrival: 100% of the total package price will be charged
• In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total package price will be charged

• Cancellation Policy for Winter High Season (20.12.2025 - 03.01.2026; 14.02.2025 - 07.03.2026):

  The right of withdrawal according to § 18, Paragraph 1, Item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:

The ski room with heated ski boot dryer is located in our basement, which is only a few steps from the downhill slope. Also suitable for your winter equipment such as cross-country skis, snowshoes, touring skis, tobogganing in winter or hiking / mountain equipment in summer.

The wellness area in the VICTORIA is only available to hotel guests. We are happy to organize massages and cosmetic treatments at our partnerhotels upon request, depending on availability.

A local fee of € 2.60 per person per day is charged for all room categories. (summer and winter)

In the apartments we charge an additional € 25.00 final cleaning per stay per person.
